Covid-19 Response

Safety Policy & Procedures

As we look forward to resuming operations in the coming months, as a part of the live events industry, we would like to share our strategy moving forward. The safety of our team members and patrons is of the utmost importance, and we will be taking steps to ensure that we are playing our part in promoting the health and well being of everyone involved in our activations.

Implementing a safe environment:

  • Increase Air Conditioning Ventilation rates

  • Increase the percentage of outdoor air that circulates into the system via open doors and windows

  • Provide tissues and no-touch disposal receptacles.

  • Provide soap and water in the workplace.

  • Provide alcohol-based hand sanitizer that is at least 60% alcohol

  • Hand sanitizers placed in multiple locations such as entryway, bathroom, kitchen and each office to encourage hand hygiene

  • Place posters that encourage hand hygiene to help stop the spread at the entrance to your workplace and in other workplace areas where they are likely to be seen.

  • Discourage handshaking – encourage the use of other noncontact methods of greeting.

Perform routine environmental cleaning and disinfection:

  • Routinely clean and disinfect all frequently touched surfaces in the workplace, such as workstations, keyboards, telephones, handrails, and doorknobs.

  • Discourage workers from using other workers’ phones, desks, offices, or other work tools and equipment.

  • Staff instructed to clean and disinfect the necessary shared items before and after each use.

  • Provide disposable wipes so that commonly used surfaces (for example, doorknobs, keyboards, remote controls, desks, other work tools and equipment) can be wiped down by employees before each use.

Guidelines for attending meetings and gatherings:

  • Staff to be provided with PPE, which will include:

    • Cloth Face Coverings/Masks

    • Gloves

    • Hand Sanitizer
